Staying productive always becomes the most challenging thing for me. Productivity isn't about do many things that possible to do in your day, it's about making the right choices about how you use your time to do something more useful and work smarter. You can start it by make changes on your daily routine that can make it much easier to reach all your goals. So here, I have some tips to make your day stay productive. Let's check it out!
1. Make a List
You can drafted the things you gonna do next day the night before. You just need to write down everything you gonna do the next day. Plan the day before is really important. The purpose of making a list is to keep you on track. Start doing the productive things right after you wake up in the morning. Wake up earlier than you usually do, so you can do more productive things in a day. Just try it first because it's really worth to try.
2. Eat Your Breakfast
It's really important to fuel your body since the morning. If you're not the kind of person who like breakfast or you prefer to do brunch then you have to try to eat your breakfast. I don't ask you to do it every single day if you're not like breakfast before. You can start it by trying to eat breakfast once twice a week. But, don't forget too add more day so it can be your daily routine and it's never bother you. You'll feel fine even much better by eating your breakfast every single morning. You'll got even more benefit when you eat your breakfast than when you're not. By eating breakfast every morning before you do your activities in a day, it's really give you energy to start your day. You can eat bread, cereal, fruits or just drink your milk. So, start from now try to eat your breakfast every morning.
3. Stay Hidrated
Water is really important for our body, for human body. Water is an essential. It's really really really really really important. Drink your water every single day. I reccommend you to drink your water in a water bottle. Drink using a water bottle will keep you on track how much water you've been drinking in a day. For me, I got so many good things when I drink water more in a day than before.
4. Get Organized
Organized your space will make you easier to keep you stay productive for your days. You'll never got distraction when everything around you organized. 5. Don't Force It
We're human, we're not always feeling motivated like all the time, right? Yes, sometimes we're not in the mood to do it and it's totally okay. You just need to take a break for a while and spend your time for chilling just for yourself to make yourself feeling better. It's kinda of self-love even you should do it for yourself. Don't just care to other people, you have to care yourself first even more because it's really important. So, when you ready, just go back and do what you need to do.
