HOW TO START DAILY ROUTINE THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Is that important to do a routine? It is.
Here, I want to share with you about my exprience on start a routine. Decided to start a routine is such a great and right choice. Believe or not, by create your own type of routine will change your life to be better. Having a good habits and routine will create a structure. Structure to make your life so much more directed and clear. Having a routine keeps you to stay organized. Routine actualizes stability, regularity, better life and life balance.
Then, how to start a routine? What thing that I should do first?
First of all, thing that you need to do first is to have intention to do it. Without intention, you'll never willing to do it sincerely. Plan your routine and just do it right now, not tomorrow or when you're really ready. Don't even wait until the right time will come because it's never come without your action. So, here some things that you should do when starting a routine :
- Prepare your clear and right mindset before you start a routine. It's gonna hard at first, for the first 2 weeks until a month. But you're gonna used to it after that. Make a strong desicion to make it happen is become one of the important thing.
- Start by doing the small things first. Don't try so many things when it's your first time doing a routine. Start it from the small one. For example, you can start it by drink a glass of water right after you wake up in the morning. In this case, when you're not used to drink water in the morning. Another example is by set your alarm 30 minutes or an hour earlier than your daily basis. Wake up earlier in the morning will make you more productive and can do more thing than before.
- I know that every person has their own way and method on doing something. But, the another tips from me is to write down every single thing that you gonna do wthether it's for your morning, afternoon even night routine. Make lists and make it organized.
Maybe it's gonna be hard for the first three until four weeks. But it's okay, all you need to do is just go on. You just need get used to it. Do it day by day and try not to skip even just a day. A routine is all about persistance and consistency. Sooner or later it gonna be part of your day and you gonna do it as an autopilot kind of. Then, how about hold on the routine while you're busy or on travelling? Some tips for you guys who have a hectic time and want to maintain your routine, down below :
- Be present and do things that possible to do based on the circumstances. Try to maintain it as well as you can.
- You can change to do some things on the other time. For example, you used to do workout in the morning but you have such a hectic morning for a day. Then you can change the time to do it when you're free whether it's on afternoon or night. When you usually do workout for 30 minutes as your routine but you're so hectic that morning. You also can do the quick 7 minutes workout that morning instead of 30 minutes, that's no matter. It's okay not to always exactly the same with your routine. Make it flexible.
- Prioritize it. When you're busy and it makes you can't do all things on your routine as usual. Then do things that you think important and you can't skip it even just a day.
Do as many method as you can to find the best one for you. Find what's work the best on you. It's not about copying other people's way but try to find your own way. Try to do a routine day by day and you'll improve on it. When you're get used to it, you're gonna find something new on your daily life and it will change your whole life as well, believe me. Have a routine will make you feel calm and enjoy your life even more. When you reach on the certain point, you'll see the power of a routine and how great it is. It's gonna be part of yourself and reflect yourself. Don't forget to always try new things, learn new things and practice gratitude every single day.
